DANIEL ROTENBERG, Executive Vice President

Daniel Rotenberg has been involved in investment real estate for over  28 years. Mr. Rotenberg was a principal in over $750 million of investment  properties, notes/mortgage purchases, rental properties and condominium  development, including deals in Las Vegas, Nevada; San Francisco, California;  Miami’s South Beach, Miami Beach, Orlando, Tampa and Coral Springs, Florida. Mr.  Rotenberg has been a founding partner in numerous real estate investment companies including Beach Hill Capital & Development, Tate Capital, and Karlton Properties. Mr. Rotenberg oversaw and directed his company’s corporate formation, sourcing of private and institutional investment  capital, national acquisition programs, due diligence, financing, budgeting, and  asset management of properties. Prior to Karlton Properties, Mr. Rotenberg  worked at Crescent Heights of America, a large condominium  converter. While at Crescent Heights, Mr. Rotenberg oversaw acquisitions with  an aggregate total of over $400 million. 
Prior to joining Crescent Heights, Mr. Rotenberg helped oversee the real  estate operations for J.I. Kislak, Inc. J.I. Kislak is a private family held  corporation that invests in real estate, banking and finance companies. Mr.  Rotenberg was responsible for acquisitions, oversight of management,  construction, budgeting, and operations for a real estate portfolio totaling  5,000+ units across the United States. Mr. Rotenberg also worked for Venturevest, a consulting and brokerage firm, buying and selling REO properties purchased during the 1980's Savings and Loan crises. Mr. Rotenberg began his career in New York City working for the R.B. Miller organization, a private real estate company that invested in commercial real estate. While at R.B. Miller, Mr. Rotenberg oversaw numerous commercial and office  construction projects. 

 
GAVRIEL NAIM, President

Mr. Naim has over 25 years experience in  multifamily, condominium conversions and development. During the past five years  Mr. Naim has been involved with the investment and operation of numerous distressed property acquisitions. Mr. Naim has been instrumental in the founding  of several commercial real estate investment companies that have targeted  retail, multifamily, and office properties, and has been involved in the   development of numerous residential, retail, and office properties. Mr. Naim,   along with partners, founded M&M Squared, Mile Marker 97, and Diamond   Capital Investments that focus on residential development of apartments and   homes, and Karlton Properties a condominium development company. Prior to   Karlton Properties, Mr. Naim worked at Crescent Heights, one of the country’s   largest condominium converters, for 10 years as a senior regional and project   manager overseeing conversions and development. Mr. Naim has a depth of experience in: acquisitions take over, marketing, sales, and feasibility   studies of new markets in various states. Mr. Naim has directed and overseen conversion of real estate properties established and created condominium   associations, created condominium documents for submission to various state  authorities and oversaw construction, sales, and marketing operations and   personnel.
